shopping groceries whitout packaging- easy peasy?

i found out that you dont need to package to apples and donuts and much more that you just need to pay to get. it was hard but we found some products that we didnt need packaging. well i found that fruits had a lot of packaging and not donuts and  stuff liken that, i think its because so the fruit dont rotten so fast. i buy things that dosnt have packaging like apples or donuts, or i can throw the packaging in a dustbin. they can make like the packaging of paper instead of plastic because we can burn paper but not plastic. the findings i found iis bad, like 80% of all the things in the shop had very much packaging and not much stuff in the shop didnt have packaging.
